1) Hairstyle Extensions have robust quality control procedures in place to ensure that the hair products are produced, packaged and then sent to you in excellent condition.
2) You may return your purchased hair products back to Hairstyle Extensions within 7 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange as long as the hair products are returned unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
Please email Hairstyle Extensions at firstname.lastname@example.org arrange a return. When you email, please include your name, address and invoice number as we cannot process your return without the all of the requested information.
3) Delivery charges are not refundable (please see the further guidance table below).
4) For reasons of health and hygiene, the hair products purchased are not returnable and not eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances once the packaging has been removed or tampered with, as this constitutes usage.
5) If you require an exchange, there will be a delivery recharge which is payable and any additional costs payable to Hairstyle Extensions before replacements are despatched.
6) If you feel that the hair product is not in a satisfactory condition upon receipt or you wish to arrange a return, please contact hairstyle extensions first at email@example.com.
7) Items that are returned as damaged/faulty will undergo ‘inspection’ before any decision is made regarding exchange/refund. Please allow up to 14 days from the return date for a resolution.
8) Items that are returned and deemed to be damaged/faulty upon inspection, will not be returned.
