1a) All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the terms and conditions below. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to switch your chosen product for one of equal to or below price.
b) Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from Hairstyle Extensions and we have the right to reject such offers at any time.
c) Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
d) All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.
e) The conclusion of a contract between you and Hairstyle Extensions will take place when we despatch the goods to you.
2a) By accepting these terms and conditions when you make a purchase, you authorise Hairstyle Extensions to process the payment from the payment details you supplied and allow us to conduct validation checks by cross checking your details.
b) We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the Website.
c) Each good or service purchased is sold subject to additional specific terms and conditions related to that good or service including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery times and any warranties.
d) After you have successfully placed an order with us, you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail of the order you have placed which we advise you to print off and save for your records.
3a) Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside the timescales noted in section 3e, 3f and 3g. This also applies to products sent directly from our factory. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs you incur due to failed or delayed deliveries.
b) Please note that due to security reasons we cannot deliver products to any other address than that of the customer placing the order.
c) Subject to any rights granted to you under applicable consumer law, we accept no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from our inability to do so or our decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that we take all reasonable steps to notify you within 14 days of placing the order that the goods will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases we will immediately refund any payment made, in full.
d) If you receive goods sent in error, by either ourselves, or by the courier, you are required to return the product(s) as soon as possible or you may be charged for the total value of the item(s). If you have been sent an item or items you have not completed payment for, you are required to do so within 30 days of the purchase date. If you pass the 30 day credit period you will be asked by suitable means, usually by email or by letter, to complete the payment.
e) For standard delivery orders, orders will be despatched via a tracked service, which may require a signature. We will endeavour to process and despatch orders the same day if the orders are received by 12pm. Orders received after 12pm will be despatched on the next working day (Saturday and Sunday are not working days). Delivery timescale for standard delivery is between 2 and 3 working days.
f) For next day delivery orders, orders will be despatched via a tracked service, which may require a signature. To be eligible for next day delivery, orders must be received by 9am on each working day (Saturday and Sunday are not working days) so that we are able to process and dispatch the order for delivery the next working day.
g) For guaranteed delivery by 1pm orders, orders must be received by 9am on each working day (Saturday and Sunday are not working days) so that we are able to process and dispatch the before the courier’s cut off time for last deliveries.
h)There are certain postcodes that are exempt from guaranteed deliveries. We recommend you check the postcode exemptions before ordering. For postcodes exempt from 1pm delivery click here.
i) Any promotion/offer/ discount code offering free delivery means that any eligible order shall be dispatched by standard delivery.
4a) If you wish to cancel your order prior to the order being dispatched you may do so by emailing us at email@example.com and quoting your order reference and which items your wish to cancel or by completing our online enquiry form.
b) If you are advised your goods have already been dispatched or you have already received your goods, you should refer to our ‘Returns Policy’ on the website.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5a) Please refer to our returns policy for full details on returning any unwanted items including faulty/damaged items.
b) You can return unwanted items for a full refund within 14 days of you receiving your order as long as the items are still in their unopened packaging.
c) All items returned to us must be in their original, unopened packaging with all security seals/tags intact. Removal of any security seals/tags from the items will be deemed an acceptance by you that the items are fit for purpose and of satisfactory condition and are therefore ineligible for return.
d) For your own protection, we advise you to use recorded/tracked delivery or as a minimum retaining proof of postage when returning items, as we cannot be held liable for lost/stolen postal packages.
e) Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs of your return unless the reason is because your purchased item is faulty/damaged.
f) Refunds due to missing orders i.e. order stolen, not delivered etc.) shall only be authorised and processed once a full investigation has been completed which could take up to 14 days.
PROMOTION CODES/ DISCOUNT CODES/ COUPONS
6a) Promotion codes, discount codes and coupons can be used at the checkout to receive the relevant discount relating to that code/coupon.
b) Any discount shall apply to the order total only and not include the delivery charge which is payable unless part of a free delivery promotion.
c) We reserve the right to restrict, cancel, amend or remove promotion codes, discount codes and coupons at our discretion and without prior notice.
d) We reserve the right not to honour an order if any customer is found to be misusing a promotion code, discount code or coupon.
7a) The pictures and colour charts used on the www.hairstyle-extensions.co.uk website are for illustration purposes only and the products purchased may not resemble exactly as shown in the pictures and there maybe colour variance from that shown in the colour charts and pictures.
b) Hairstyle Extensions have taken all reasonable steps to ensure the pictures and colour charts are accurate as possible and therefore do not accept any responsibility for discrepancies.
8a) If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions.
b) There are links on our website to third party websites which we believe may be of interest to you. We do not have any control over the content of these websites nor can we be liable in respect of anything contained on those websites.
c) We shall not be liable for any loss incurred due to the content, advice, information and or third party links that form part of the website.
d) We may from time to time, update these terms and conditions at our discretion without notice and it is your responsibility to read and accept our terms and conditions before any purchase is made.
9a) Your use of this site and any contract between you and us for the sale of products shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
b) If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
10a) We provide a care/maintenance leaflet with hair extension purchases, which much be followed when caring for and or maintaining the hair extensions.
b) Any return claims for faulty/damaged hair extensions that fall outside the scope of our care/maintenance information e.g. our recommendations on what can be done to hair extensions i.e. curling, straightening etc. shall be deemed as void and returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
c) We shall not be held responsible or accountable for any claims of damages/faults when you follow the recommendations we make on our website, social media platforms etc. Our recommendations are made to help expand your creative skills regarding what is possible and are not legally binding nor do those recommendations form any legal contracts between us and you.
